stabilization key:

Use the stabilization key even while flying to keep yourself
from tumbling out of control--especially after getting hit by
weapons fire.
fuel efficiency:
----------------
Your first improvements to your lander should be in fuel
efficiency, because you will find yourself burning a lot of
fuel in the early stages of the game getting the hang of your
lander.
nasty crashes:
--------------
Be careful to compensate for the weight of whatever is in your
tractor beam, and not to get it caught on objects. This can
cause nasty crashes.
