Start Excel 2000 and open a new blank worksheet by using the "File"
and "New" menu options. Press [F5], type X2000:L2000 in the "Reference"
prompt, and click on "OK". Press [Tab] to make M2000 the current active
cell. Then, hold [Ctrl] + [Shift] and click on the "Chart Wizard" icon
(which resembles a small blue, yellow and red bar chart.

3)Click on "add interactivity with".
4)Click on publish
5)Open the newly created html document.
6)Navigate to the cell WC2000
7)Press ctrl+shift and click on the "Microsoft web components" icon on the
top left of the screen
8)enjoy the sim game, esc to end.
