enter cheat mode, then press:
"1" - makes you invulnerable
"2" - transport you to the end of the level
"3" - Transport you to the end of the world
Cheat:

Just type STRETLAMP (could be STREETLAMP)
at the options screen and press:
Grey + Next level.
Grey - Previus level.
1 Invulnerability.
2 Life loss.
3 ?
4 Restart level.
